A thermoplastic material consisting of a mixture of a thermoplastic syntheticresin with rubber particles, where the thermoplastic synthetic resin is an olefine-vinylacetate copolymer and the rubber particles consist of ground waste and/or used rubbermade of vulcanized ethylen-propylene-terpolymer rubber, the proportion of which is upto 70 %, preferably 50 %, by weight, characterized in that the vinyl acetate component ofthe olefine-vinyl acetate copolymer is about 10 to 15 %.
